John Thompson

When I started photography, I concentrated on wildlife as I have always had a love for nature. I am self-taught and have always tried to make the most of any given situation. I am inspired by everything I see and am always looking for that special moment, a change in the light or seeing things differently. I have learned to see each image with not just a photographer’s eye but with an artist’s eye and am always looking for new ways to elevate my images to a more artistic level.  

Photography has allowed me to see some beautiful places and meet some lovely people and that can only be a good thing.
